Return and Refund Policy

Medicines and healthcare products are non-returnable due to safety reasons.

Returns or refunds are only accepted if:

Wrong product is delivered

Product is damaged or defective

Expired product is received

Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with proof.

Refunds are processed after verification and may take 3–7 working days to complete.

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
